What is the parking situation?

YES, There is a parking lot next to the building. There is also easy parking on the street. The Saint-Henri metro station is just a 4-minute walk away.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

NO, we provide everything — mat, props, and more. You just need to come in sportswear.

Is there a shower and changing room?

Unfortunately, we don’t have showers or designated changing spaces. Please make sure to come prepared.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change!

To respect everyone's time and ensure smooth scheduling, we kindly ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class are considered late and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

This policy helps us maintain fairness for all students and gives us enough time to offer the spot to someone else.

We do, however, understand that unforeseen situations (like illness) can occur. If something unexpected happens, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to do our best to accommodate you whenever possible.
