There is a parking lot right next to the building, and street parking is usually easy to find. The Saint-Henri metro station is also just a 4-minute walk away, making the studio accessible by transit as well.

No — we provide everything you need, including mats and props. Just come in comfortable sportswear and you’re good to go.

We don’t have showers or a designated changing room, so please arrive ready for class.

We totally understand that life happens! To keep scheduling fair for everyone, we ask that all cancellations be made at least 24 hours before your class.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are considered late and unfortunately aren’t eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

This policy helps us offer your spot to someone on the waitlist and keep classes running smoothly.

If something unexpected comes up — like illness or an emergency — feel free to reach out. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you when possible.
